IGNITE: I use Ignite in matchups I feel confident I can get an early kill, otherwise I'll opt for Barrier or Teleport. TELEPORT: In higher elo matches Teleport will prove to be more useful as you're playing more objectively - into matchups where you're being outranged or you feel as though the laning phase will be slow / focused on farm, this is a great option to influence sidelanes and snowball your teammates.
